Soups, Sauces & Butters

Our line of soups and sauces includes traditional favorites, such as New England Clam Chowder and white and red clam sauce, and lots of unique varieties, like Butternut Squash & Jonah Crab Soup, that will entice your customers and enhance your reputation. Soups and chowders are packed in 8 lb. boiling bags and shipped frozen is a 2 x 8 lb. case or 12/14 oz. case. Sauces are most often packed in plastic containers for ease of portion serving in food service operations. Rome Gourmet brand offers a 16 oz. retail size of our tasty Red Clam Sauce and White Clam Sauce products.

Our line of flavored butters is offered in bulk sizes for use in food service kitchens or by food processors. Available varieties are pesto butter and garlic butter.
